Pixel up the podium of the armen race

From May 26th to May29th more than 200 sailboats took part in the Armen Race, a classic of the early season events, attracting informed amateurs as well as professionals. For the 11th edition, many of Pixel's users were competing. Among them, Nicolas D'Estais, the winner of the Class40 categorie, all the Ultim Podium and also several winning Imocas.

TALKING TO THE FRENCH NAVY ABOUT OCEAN RACING

As the special guest of the "National Marine Day", Jean-François hold a conference at the Ecole Militaire in Paris. During an hour, he talked about his maritime experience and the future technologies & challenges of the maritime industry.

The Maxi Edmond de Rotschild is one very know boat for Pixel sur Mer. In 2017, Pixel and Gitana partenered up to develop the very first Flight Control System for the Ultim sailboat category. Pixel sur Mer was thus the first french company to make an ocean raceboat fly !

MARCH 2022

CONFERENCE FOR THE BLUE DAY

Invited for the Blue Day 2022 in Brest, Pixel sur Mer, represented by Vincent DREVILLON talked about technologies and future challenges of the maritime industry. The aim of the day was to discuss and exchange with other leaders from the maritime industry.

At 18 years old, Jean-François won the world 470 sailing championship, a victory which propelled him into the ocean racing industry. After 20 years of sail racing, on the world’s most famous ocean races (America’s Cup, Louis Vuitton…) he founded Pixel sur Mer which designs tomorrow’s finest electronics.

WINNING DAME DESIGN AWARD SPECIAL MENTION

In november 2021, Pixel sur Mer's Flight Controller (the EXOCET Gold) was awared with a Special Mention of the Jury of the DAME Design Award. The DAME is a worlwide maritime innovation competition taking place in Amsterdam each year.
